Synopsis

My name is Da’Shon Walker ( pronounced day◦shon ), and I’m the founder of Kewl Wind, LLC, a lifestyle brand rooted in creativity, comfort, and self-expression. Born & raised in North Carolina and New York City, I grew up immersed in culture, movement, and the energy of a city that thrives on originality. From a young age, I was drawn to bold visuals, storytelling, raw creativity, and the expressive power of style.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Marist University, where I honed my creative perspective and developed a deep appreciation for art, fashion, and culture. My studies helped me see fashion as more than clothing—it’s a language, a vibe, an expression of freedom, and a way for people to display their creative intelligence without saying a word.

Kewl Wind was born from that philosophy. Inspired by the nostalgic spirit of 90s cartoons, the authenticity of streetwear mixed with elegance and flow, and the timeless appeal of cozy, well-crafted pieces; The brand is a celebration of individuality. Every item is designed to feel effortless yet expressive, blending playful aesthetics with elevated quality.
