At Kewl Wind, LLC, we are deeply committed to fighting against human trafficking and supporting efforts that raise awareness, provide survivor services, and dismantle systems of oppression that create vulnerabilities. This Donation Transparency Policy outlines how donations collected through our website will be handled, ensuring absolute clarity, transparency, and fairness in the use of all donated funds.

Our Mission and Partnership

We are proud to support Freedom Network USA, an organization that mobilizes its collective strength to build a transformative approach to human trafficking, grounded in anti-racism and anti-oppression. Freedom Network USA and its members work tirelessly to create an anti-trafficking movement where survivors have access to holistic services that help them thrive, and advocates are equipped to dismantle harmful systems contributing to trafficking.

How Donations Are Used

100% of all donations collected through the Kewl Wind, LLC website will be directed solely toward supporting Freedom Network USA’s mission and initiatives. No portion of your contribution will be diverted for administrative costs, operational expenses of Kewl Wind, LLC, personal use, or unrelated purposes. Every dollar donated will be allocated toward:

• Survivor Support Services: Funding programs that provide housing, healthcare, legal assistance, and mental health services to survivors of human trafficking.

• Awareness and Education: Supporting campaigns that inform the public and empower communities to recognize, prevent, and combat human trafficking.

• Advocacy and Policy Reform: Assisting efforts aimed at changing laws and policies to protect vulnerable populations and ensure justice for survivors.

• Capacity Building for Advocates: Equipping grassroots organizations and advocates with resources and training to strengthen the anti-trafficking movement.

Our Commitment to Transparency

At Kewl Wind, LLC, we pledge to maintain full transparency in the handling of all donations. As part of this commitment:​

• Donors can request further information or clarification at any time by contacting us directly.

• We do not withhold any fees or percentages from donations for internal costs. Your full contribution is directed to the cause.

• We will not be providing refunds for any donations attributed to the cause.

Compliance with Denver, Colorado Regulations

Kewl Wind, LLC ensures to the best of our knowledge and awareness and that all users, including you ("YOU", "The User") agree and understand that all donation practices comply with local applicable laws and charitable solicitation requirements of Denver, Colorado and within the United States. This includes adherence to state regulations governing charitable contributions, transparency, donor rights, and the ethical use of funds. We remain in good standing with all local authorities regarding the collection and distribution of charitable donations.

User Agreement and Legal Acknowledgment

By making a donation and/or using this website, you, the user, agree to the following terms:

1. You understand and acknowledge that your donation is voluntary and intended solely for the support of Freedom Network USA’s initiatives against human trafficking.

2. You agree and accept that 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to Freedom Network USA, and Kewl Wind, LLC will not retain any portion of the funds for personal or operational gain.

3. You acknowledge that Kewl Wind, LLC is not providing goods or services in exchange for your donation.

4. You understand and accept the legality and fairness of this donation process and agree to use this website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. You understand and agree that the donations collected and processed through this website meet all requirements for lawful charitable contributions within the state of Denver, Colorado.

6. Donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to support the ongoing work of Freedom Network USA.

While Kewl Wind, LLC acts as a conduit for collecting and forwarding donations, we are not directly affiliated with Freedom Network USA. Our role is to raise funds in support of their cause and distribute the collected funds in full.
